The prices of the products sold throughout the website are indicated in Canadian funds before taxes and precisely determined on the production description pages. It is also indicated in Canadian dollars, all taxes included on the product order page before shipping costs. Unicanvas reserves the right to modify pricing at all times while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order.
Unicanvas undertakes to honor the customer’s order within the limits of stocks and product availability. In the case of inventory shortage, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. The products remain the property of the company until full payment of the invoice. The products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering and within indicated delays. These delays do not consider the order preparation time or delays related to the carrier. The customer may also take possession of the order at the plant, 3262 Boulevard Frontenac Ouest, Thetford Mines, Quebec G6H 2C2 during business hours by notifying when placing the order.
Payment is due immediately upon order, before starting production. The amount may be paid via Paypal or by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of Canada must be international bank cards (Visa or Mastercard). The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read. By communicating bank information, the customer authorizes Unicanvas to debit the amount relating to the price indicated. The customer confirms to be holder of the card and is leally entitled to use it. Unicanvas reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Upon receipt of the order, it is recommended that the customer check whether the products are delivered in accordance with the order or is damaged and immediately notify customer service of any anomaly related to the order.
The photos on the site are made available to the customer but only have an indicative role. Under no circumstances are they of contractual nature and therefore cannot engage the responsibility of Unicanvas.
