Delivery and return


Deliveries are carried out with Purolator within Canada. Deliveries may also be carried out by Boutin Express, Gosselin Express or Kingsway Transport for larger parcels.

All orders for custom made products cannot be returned, modified or cancelled.  The return of these items will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product has been damaged during shipping.  In such cases, you must communicate with our customer service at 418-423-7558 within 10 days following receipt of goods in order to obtain the return procedure.

Please note that all our products are visually inspected prior to shipment. Please contact us if you require any information whatsoever on any of our custom made products.  We will be happy to guide and help you with your order.

The contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address specified by the customer on the online purchase order.

Products information

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information presented on the seller site. Our prices are valid for the day.

Methods of delivery

The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only on the geographic zone areas we serve. All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier of the slightest trace of impact (Holes, traces of crushing, etc.) on the package and, if appropriate, refuse the package. A new product will then be sent without charge. The exchange of any products having dents and accepted during delivery by the customer cannot be supported.

Delivery error

Any claim concerning delivery error or non-compliance of products on purchase order must be notified by the  consumer to the seller and this the same day of delivery or no later than the first business day following delivery.  In case of an error on delivery or exchange, any product for exchange or refund must be returned to the seller in its original packaging and also in perfect condition, to the address of the seller. Returned items will only be accepted by the seller if you have reported the issue and obtain consent to send the goods back to the seller.  The shipping charges are the responsibility of the seller, except when it is proven that the product does not match the original declaration made by the consumer.
